Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Customer centric mindset and ownership in the store.
• Integrity and trust in daily interactions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity and provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service across greeting, fitting room, and register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service per standards.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.
• Answer calls courteously; greet customers, give directions, and process orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards; keep sales floor ready.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
