Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in North Canton, OH is seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! customer service, greet customers, learn product knowledge, and help create special experiences.

You will handle transactions, stock merchandise, maintain neat sales floor, and collaborate with team to meet store goals. High school diploma required; retail experience preferred; must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer centric attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Layer personalized service into each interaction from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Understand the importance of email capture as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Respond proactively to customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.
• Answer telephone courteously and assist with store directions and customer orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards; keep sales floor customer ready.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for the floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap.
• Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
