Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Dayville, CT is hiring for a store team member. You will assist customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while supporting merchandising and stock duties.

You will participate in truck unload, restock, and planogram execution, promote the Rewards program, and support store recovery, safety, and SOP compliance. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift moderate to heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms
