Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Team Member at Store - 1161 Main St, Gambrills, MD. Provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and deliver a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You’ll also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store recovery to support our Brand Promises. Responsibilities include operating in-store POS, assisting with BOPIS and SFS processes, supporting AD sets and planograms, and promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Operate checkout with accurate cash handling and quick service.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support in-store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
