Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Store Associate for our Baltimore Canton, MD location. You will help customers shop, locate items, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will also assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining shared planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. You’ll participate in omnichannel tasks (BOPIS, SFS), promote rewards and credit programs, and support store recovery while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs.
