Job summary

Michaels in Westminster, MD is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, restock merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock planograms, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and support store recovery to keep shelves in stock. This role requires standing for long periods and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor by helping locate products
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash with accuracy
• Unload trucks and stock shelves to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised aisles
• Support store recovery, planograms, and SISO duties as assigned
• Participate in BOPIS/SFS processes as needed
