Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members at the Marlton, NJ location to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers throughout the store. You will manage checkout, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS while helping unload trucks and stock merchandise.

Strong emphasis on merchandise recovery, planogram adherence, and safety. The role requires standing and moving around the store, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Sixteen years of age or older as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain merchandise and assist with returns and stock recovery.
• Support storewide shrink and safety programs.
