Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and fast checkout experience.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain store recovery, signage, and stock levels to ensure a well-merchandised store.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Support Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS)/Ship From Store (SFS).
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production as needed.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; work hours may include nights and weekends.
