Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a PT Seasonal Team Member in Gainesville, GA. You will help customers find products, provide friendly service, and ensure fast checkout and accurate cash handling at the register.

You’ll assist with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in-store merchandising. Opportunities to engage in BOPIS/SFS and rewards programs are available. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop; assist with finding items.
• Provide fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock the store; maintain planograms and merchandising standards.
• Support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
