Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Cross-trained in framing selling and production (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs and policies.
• Interact with others in a respectful manner; promote company values.
