Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand standards. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, store operations, and visual merchandising, while contributing to a team-driven environment.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with up to 20 hours per week and a Blackout period during the holidays. Applicants should be ready to move across the sales floor and back of house as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or operations
• Ability to move constantly within store operations
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, processing and replenishment activities
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with teams to meet store goals and guest expectations
• Assist in daily operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient store environment
• Respond to guest questions and resolve needs promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business, team, and guests
