Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand execution. You’ll handle inventory processes, floor replenishment, and visualize standards to keep the store inviting.

In this role you’ll move on the sales floor, assist with shipment and receiving, and partner with leadership to maximize sales and guest satisfaction. Prior client-focused retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and collaborate with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor recovery and visual merchandising.
