Job summary

ALO in New York is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure operations.
• Promote a safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in company directives with Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow; including merchandising and replenishment.
• Demonstrate business acumen by using metrics to support strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Duties require constant movement and keeping store clean, safe, and inviting.
