Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Assist shipments, receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Support a safe work environment with stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
• Use store metrics to support business-driving decisions.
