Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Boston to support peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the ALO Brand Mission. You’ll work across inventory, replenishment, and floor operations to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires one-plus year of client-centric experience, the ability to move constantly, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Constant movement in and around store required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results, individually and as a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
