Associates work up to 20 hours weekly on a part-time schedule, with Blackout period coverage around Thanksgiving through late January. Base pay is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentives that may raise total compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.

Aufgaben

• Execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close process gaps.
• Assist in shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment workflows.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams on reporting, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service.
• Support operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment; ensure merchandising quality.
• Leverage metrics to inform business-driving decisions and improve service.
