Job summary

In this role you’ll help drive operational excellence, build customer loyalty, and contribute to a high-performing team environment through authentic connection and product expertise.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly around store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Align with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
