Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb ladders.
• Stand for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivation to achieve results and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager escalation path.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities for efficient operation.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in executing operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business-derived strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Address product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals.
• Duties involve continuous movement in-store; perform other tasks to keep store clean and efficient.
