Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help the store hit targets during peak periods while delivering exceptional guest experiences and embodying the ALO Brand Mission in every interaction. You will engage authentically with guests, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service that builds loyalty and supports a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Assist with shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
• Promote a safe work environment and stockroom discipline.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in executing company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Support product flow and daily replenishment to ensure stock availability.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and show results.
• Address guest needs promptly and effectively.
