Job summary

Kith Malibu is seeking an Operations Associate to oversee the flow of merchandise from central delivery to the retail floor, working with a team led by the Operations Management group.

You’ll be the back-of-house gatekeeper, maintain product organization, ensure timely availability for clients, and support visual and inventory initiatives.

This part-time, seasonal role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base of $18–$19 per hour plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a retail operations role.
• 1+ year in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to streamline the product cycle.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product availability for clients.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly, welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Work with the sales-floor team to deliver products promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Assist in inventories and visual initiatives as required.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
