Job summary

Kith is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for our West Hollywood store. You will help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor and support the Operations Management team to keep the store running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail operations, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to match store needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail operations role.
• 1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer use.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to streamline the product cycle.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product is readily available for clients.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly, welcoming environment for clients.
• Collaborate with sales-floor teams to deliver products timely.
• Assist in Operations Management to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Complete tasks before/after regular store hours as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Promote exceptional in-store customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and store strategies.
• Assist with housekeeping duties including dusting, sweeping, and trash collection.
