Job summary

Kith Kids is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for our Kids store to manage the flow of merchandise from central delivery to the sales floor and keep the back of house organized and efficient.

You will partner with store leadership, follow SOPs, and ensure product availability for clients while maintaining a friendly, organized shopping environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail operations experience.
• 1+ years in retail/apparel is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to streamline the product cycle.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to clients and colleagues.
• Work with the sales floor to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe workspace and support after-hours tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
