Job summary

Kith is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for the South Beach store. The role focuses on moving merchandise from central delivery to the floor, supporting store leadership, and maintaining back-of-house efficiency.

You will help keep a smooth product flow and uphold high service standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting safety and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and flexible hours.
• 1–2 years in retail operations; 1+ years in retail/apparel is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to streamline product cycles.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product is available for clients.
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly, welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Coordinate with sales-floor team to deliver products promptly.
• Assist Operations Management with housekeeping and safety.
• Carry out tasks before/after store hours as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Promote exceptional in-store customer service with product knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized back-of-house areas.
• Support Merchandising on visual initiatives as needed.
