ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. Through authentic connection, product expertise, and personalized service, this role drives operational excellence and builds customer loyalty.

Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, with a required ability to work during the Black Friday through holiday period.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operations environment.
• Ability to move constantly around all store areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and support operations.
