Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in New York, NY to support store goals during peak periods. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards while partnering with store leadership and the Operations & Visual Management teams.

Role requires constant movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a bias toward teamwork. Part-time, non-exempt, up to 20 hours per week with a blackout period during the holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years client-centric sales or operational experience.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and stock control.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Work with budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships and facilities.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in executing company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in shipment processing and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions and customer satisfaction.
