Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a seasonal Retail Operations associate for a three-month term to support store functions including Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, and Cash Office. You will ensure merchandise is processed correctly and contribute to shrink reduction by following company procedures.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Lift of about 20 lbs and standing for shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations Experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all supplies for Office and Facilities needs and Grooming products for associates.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Coordinate the Accessories repair service process through external vendors and manage engraving/embossing services.
• Provide support with inventory preparation and execution.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing merchandise is processed per regulations and standards.
• Assist in reading and executing transfer/shipping documents and related paperwork.
