Zusammenfassung

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Seasonal Store Operations Associate to support Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office and related administrative duties. The role is a maximum of three months and emphasizes reliability, organization, and hands-on inventory and store workflow execution.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail operations or related roles, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations Experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative team player willing to partner with and support all departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approx. 20 lbs.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions.

Aufgaben

• Maintain all supplies for Office and Facilities needs and Grooming products for associates.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Support Shrink Reduction Plan and report violations as needed.
• Coordinate the Accessories repair service process through external vendors.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Suggest improvements to store processes and procedures for efficiency.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing merchandise is processed per regulations and standards.
• Read and execute transfer/shipping/receiving/or related documents.
• Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance.
