Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Seasonal Operations Assistant to support store functions including shipping/receiving, stock room, and admin duties. This three-month role requires at least 2 years in retail operations and strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint skills.

The position involves handling invoices with Accounts Payable, contributing to shrink reduction, coordinating repair/engraving services, and assisting in inventory prep.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated passion for the Ralph Lauren brand and desire to grow within the company.
• Collaborative team player willing to partner with and support all departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving/ stocking store functions.

• Maintain all supplies for Office and Facilities needs and Grooming products for associates.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Support Shrink Reduction Plan and assist in reporting violations and remediation steps.
• Coordinate accessory repair services via external vendors and engraving/embossing services.
• Provide inventory preparation and execution support and ensure proper processing of goods.
