Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll bring the ALO brand mission to life through authentic connection, product knowledge, and service excellence.

Role requires constant movement, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a team-first attitude. Part-time hours and Blackout period coverage are included as part of the seasonal schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client-centric sales or operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly around the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Stand and move for the entire shift.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Uphold safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically to meet business and guest needs.
• Implement operations directives with the team.
• Assist in shipment processing and product flow.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions.
• Resolve guest needs quickly and effectively.
• Communicate restocking needs to support goals.
• Keep store clean, safe, inviting and efficient.
