Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in New York, NY to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and strong product knowledge. You will execute inventory processes, maintain visuals, and assist with shipments, replenishment, and floor resets.

The role requires physical movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to drive store performance and store-wide teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Must be able to move constantly around store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for entire shift.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to improve processes.
• Handle shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships to optimize operations.
