Job summary

ALO in New York is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the ALO Brand Mission.

You will manage inventory processes, assist shipments and replenishment, maintain strong visual standards, and collaborate with the team to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction during the busy season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly around the store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel with a team.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the Store/General Manager to improve processes.
• Assist in shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and meet business needs.
• Support company directives in partnership with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment to ensure product flow.
• Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging metrics to drive strategies.
• Resolve customer needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals.
