Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate for Fashion Place Mall in Murray, UT. This part-time role supports peak business periods with exceptional guest experiences, product knowledge, and service excellence.

Responsibilities include inventory, floor replenishment, visual standards and safe stockroom operations, collaborating with store leadership to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly around store.
• Ability to lift, push or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift and stay active throughout.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and store operations.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors and facilities.
• Support a safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in applying operations directives with the team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow including merchandising.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Duties require movement; perform tasks to keep store clean and safe.
