Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) for Suburban Square. The role supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences and bringing the ALO brand mission to life. You’ll use product knowledge and service to drive operational excellence and loyalty within a high-performing team.

Expect constant movement on the sales floor, with responsibilities spanning inventory, replenishment, and visual standards to keep the store inviting and efficient.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stockrooms.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, and facilities to run smoothly.
