Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Boston to support peak business with exceptional guest experiences and strong product knowledge. You will work to maintain inventory accuracy, execute shipments, and uphold visual standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role is part-time non-exempt, demanding constant movement, and a focus on customer service and efficiency. You will help sustain a safe, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Constant movement in and around all store areas.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to excel in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Handle shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Work with budgets, vendors, tech, and facilities for smooth operations.
• Support a safe, efficient work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and assist guests.
• Assist in company directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow with merchandising updates.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and customer satisfaction.
