BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in California to support store leadership, empower the team, and help customers find merch they love. Your fandom knowledge will shine as you train new recruits and help reach sales goals.

You'll cover opening/closing, run registers, and maintain visual standards, while keeping the stock room organized. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for pop culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to join the team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities are expected.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Provide leadership support and help run the store when the manager is away.
• Understand the sales plan and help drive KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Maintain store standards and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Process sales at the register and communicate shortages or overages to the manager.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising changes.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
