Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment.
• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior shopping experience and train new recruits.
• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Drive sales by knowledge of pop culture and key KPIs.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom and store cleanliness; close/open duties.
