Job summary

BoxLunch in Temecula is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership and help create an exceptional customer experience for fans of pop culture. You will train new recruits, help manage daily operations, and work to meet sales targets while leveraging your fandom knowledge.

Your role includes leading the sales floor, assisting with opening/closing, handling transactions, and ensuring visual standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills, as well as Captain America-like leadership.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Step in and step up when needed and support store leadership.
• Drive sales by meeting KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with opening/closing the store.
• Handle transactions and upsell with product knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management.
• Prevent theft and maintain store security.
• Keep stock room organized and store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Leader.
