BoxLunch seeks enthusiastic Seasonal Key Holders in Los Angeles to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will train new recruits, help manage daily operations, and assist in achieving sales targets while leveraging your fandom knowledge.

You will cover sales floors, process transactions, and maintain store standards. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long hours, and collaborating closely with management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for scheduled hours; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Support store leadership and run the store when the Manager is unavailable.
• Help drive sales by meeting KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Maintain visual standards in assigned areas and assist with opening/closing.
• Operate the register and handle transactions, communicating shortages or overages to the Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
