lululemon is seeking an Educator for our Costa Mesa store to deliver world-class guest experiences. Educators connect with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

In this role you will move on the floor, assist with product presentation, restock, and use in-store technology to support operations while upholding safety policies. We value inclusion, integrity, teamwork, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the country of the store
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to travel to the assigned store
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock or relocate items according to standards
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences
• Maintain a clean, luxurious store environment and follow safety policies and procedures
