The role involves engaging on the floor, executing store operations, and supporting omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store, while upholding our values of inclusion, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Move on the sales floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, phone sales) as needed.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to improve guest experience.
