Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail store. Educators connect with guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will move on the floor, assist with product presentation, restock, and support store operations while upholding safety policies and a luxury environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with teammates.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and use in-store technology to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and adhere to safety policies.
