Job summary

lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. Educators engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and embody our community and culture.

You will move on the floor, support store operations, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding inclusion, integrity, and teamwork. Availability for flexible schedules is required, and you must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred as part of the base qualification.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
• Assist guests with needs, provide customized purchase and return solutions, and process transactions accurately.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate the value of lululemon products to guests.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store) and adapt on the floor.
• Maintain store presentation, restock, and ensure a clean, luxury environment.
• Collaborate with team to foster an inclusive, supportive workplace.
