lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail store. You will engage guests, share product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture.

As part of a supportive team, you will perform presentation tasks, use in-store technology, and maintain a luxury store environment while following safety policies and procedures. This role requires flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move through a store and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education and explain product benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel options.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
