As a cornerstone of our store experience, Educators support store operations, maintain the luxury environment, and uphold safety policies while delivering an exceptional guest journey across omnichannel options.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and respect their time.
• Assess guest needs to offer customized solutions for purchases and returns.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Execute seamless omnichannel guest experiences (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
