lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product features, build authentic connections within the community, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team environment.

The role emphasizes engaging guests, teaching quality product education, and executing store operations while upholding our standards for a luxury shopping experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States and eligible to work in California.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (as applicable).
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right for guests.
