Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Orlando, FL is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will assist with stock, planograms, omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS), and promotions of Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments while maintaining store standards and safety. Benefits include health coverage and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and handle store duties

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments and private label options
• Educate customers on VOC survey and participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planograms (POGs)
• Support merchandise recovery and store maintenance to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised aisles
