Job summary

Sensaria in Scotts Valley is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Retail Store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and account information with a focus on accurate, friendly service.

You’ll collaborate with production, operations, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment, maintain customer records, generate reports, and support special projects while upholding company service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, customer support, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, printing, production, or fulfillment environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding products, orders, pricing, shipping, and account information.
• Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
