Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member for our Raleigh, NC location. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions, while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.

You will engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments and support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store. The role involves unloading trucks, stocking, following planograms, maintaining in-stock conditions, and participating in store recovery

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; support store recovery.
