The Michaels Stores location in TAMPA-PALM HARBOR, FL is hiring for a friendly retail team member focused on delivering exceptional customer service, efficient checkout, and store upkeep. You will help customers find products, participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include assisting with omnichannel processes, rewards enrollment, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety programs, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-Channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; assist with returns and go-backs.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist with shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
