Job summary

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance, while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Expect a dynamic store environment with cross-training and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Regular lifting of boxes and stocking duties required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Handle checkout process accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery, shrink/safety programs, and SOP compliance.
• Interact positively with customers and be a role model for the team.
